It's through facing challenges that we develop resilience, which is essential for navigating the storms of leadership. Just as a tree's roots grow stronger when exposed to wind and rain, our character deepens and strengthens through trials.

Perseverance: Perseverance goes hand in hand with resilience. It's the steadfast determination to keep moving forward, even when the path is difficult.
